Exciting changes ready just for you!

I’m Cynthia Maria Estalilla,
Certified Professional Career Coach, Digital Branding Strategist
and
Founder and Owner of CME Beyond Career Success, LLC.
Thank you for joining me today!

Glad you’re here. Trust me, I get it.

The employment landscape has changed. 2023 marked the year of increasing layoffs through year end. ChatGPT and AI took all of us by storm. For those of you who have weathered the storm and perhaps landed a new job, congratulations! For those of you impacted by a layoff (I’ve been too) and are still job searching, I’m here for you. Or, perhaps you’ve decided that it’s time for a career change and need some coaching for clarity to understand what’s next for you and how to move forward. Yes, let’s talk. It could also be that you feel stuck and have already mastered your role and feel ready to advance and need a roadmap to get there. I’ve been there and I’m here for you too.

Regardless of your situation, it’s a career transition. I get it and I’m here to offer support, guidance and solutions to help you. It’s absolutely OK to feel overwhelmed, but you don’t have to feel alone. Your career journey has changed because the landscape has changed. The waters look murky right now, but I’m here to partner with you to navigate through those murky waters.

This year is about doing things differently, staying resilient and supporting one another. With AI advancements moving at the speed of light and impacting our lives in every way, we need to embrace the impact and prepare ourselves for what’s to come. I invite you to join me in doing things differently, or at least trying.

I encourage you to walk through my website so you can get to know me. Read through the tailored solutions to see what works for you. Learn how I work with my clients and what impact our work has made. Most importantly, make the decision to take care of you; think about doing things differently, perhaps creatively; stay resilient and know you have help. I can help.

Let me take you through my career journey:

  • By second year in college, had minimal clerical experience through short-term work since high school. Applied for an office assistant job listed in the local newspaper. Prepared my first résumé. Got called for an interview. Got immediately hired by the company, a consulting firm in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district—my first chance at corporate America.

  • Early in my career, applied for a job at an iconic global apparel company when applicant tracking systems were new technology. Got my application and résumé noticed amongst a “sea” of system applications. Invited to my first panel interview ever. Got hired within two weeks.

  • Had jobs created for me because of my skill set, work ethic and tenacity.

  • Took a chance at joining a start-up company during the dot-com era. Six months later, it folded.

  • Got laid off not once, but twice.  Changed career focus.

  • When unemployed, took lateral career moves because 1) I needed to work, and 2) I wanted to expand my work industry experience.

  • Got promotions that catapulted my career.

  • Started my own résumé writing/career services business, Let’s Résumé! LLC, during the most unprecedented time in history…the year 2020, while employed full-time.

  • Experienced tremendous business growth due to 100% client referrals year over year.

  • Earned additional certifications in career coaching and digital branding to keep current with today’s job search strategies.

  • Expanded my service offerings at the request of my clients to help job seekers with the evolving technological changes and demands in this competitive work environment.

  • Rebranded Let’s Résumé! LLC, now called CME Beyond Career Success, LLC.

  • As of August 1, 2023, laid off from full-time corporate position.

  • Now, fully committed with a relentless focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Client Experience

I've had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Maria Estalilla, and she has been a crucial partner in advancing my career journey. Cynthia brings great energy, focus, and wisdom to each of our sessions, and I feel like I’ve “leveled up” after every meeting. Her curriculum provides an intuitive roadmap to professional self-discovery, guiding you through personal brand development and strategic job search strategies, with a strong emphasis on networking.
One aspect I particularly enjoyed was the homework-style action items, which added even more value to our sessions by providing documents to use as a foundation for our discussions.
My own background has made it challenging to articulate my story and craft a concise personal brand. If you, like me, struggle with telling your story, Cynthia will help you create an authentic brand that not only resonates with you but also sounds impressive and professional to others. She emphasizes the importance of being comfortable with your brand statements while equipping you with the tools to make them sound polished and effective.
I highly recommend working with Cynthia if you want to advance your professional brand and job search strategies. She personalizes the process to fit your needs and provides the tools to execute the next phase of your career journey successfully. Her prices are reasonable, and every meeting is packed with valuable insights.

Kim S., Project Manager, Operations Manager, Product Developer

Cynthia is dedicated to understanding each of her clients' goals and values, and providing a tailored approach to meeting their needs. I particularly appreciated how she gave me clear, actionable strategies that I could put to use immediately in determining what I want from my career and how to best achieve it.

Additionally, Cynthia's warm personality and use of humor during our meetings helped me feel supported and validated. Each session with her was meaningful, and our time was put to good use. Ultimately, Cynthia has provided me with much-needed guidance during my career transition, and I strongly recommend her services to others seeking support with their career endeavors.
—Morgan G., Project Manager, Technology Leader, Data Examiner

I wanted to share my recent experience working with Cynthia as my career coach. Her personalized guidance and attention to my career journey were precisely what I needed.
Cynthia took the time to thoroughly discuss my career goals, worked with me to formulate a strategic plan, and dedicated ample time to pinpoint areas for improvement. What sets her apart is her commitment to not rushing our conversations. She ensures that each meeting is crafted to specifically address my unique needs and challenges. If you're seeking a career coach who is attentive, thoughtful, and committed to your success, I highly recommend Cynthia.
Alice C., PMP, Technology Project Manager

Cynthia provides profound insight and direction as a career coach. We met through the local Project Management Institute chapter at the moment I needed help taking a decade's worth of diverse project management experience and building it into a coherent resume; no easy task! I chose Cynthia not only for her qualifications, but because she is a great listener, personable, and honest. I had met several resume specialists, but she’s the only person who truly understood my particular array of work experiences.
From the outset, Cynthia was clear about the goals of her program: this was about more than just creating a single resume — it was a partnership that would result in building my personal brand. Her method helped me articulate short, medium, and long-term goals to ensure the final result would be something that aligned with my goals and could get me a job that makes me happy.
I never thought I’d enjoy resume or career coaching but I always looked forward to our sessions because Cynthia is such a wonderful collaborator. She also worked incredibly hard for me, taking a chaotic array of experiences in a huge variety of domains (surely a challenging project) and finding the signal in the noise. We workshopped multiple drafts that demonstrated her prowess as a listener and her ability to capture my professional passions and quirks. In addition to this, Cynthia provided insights to my LinkedIn and professional profiles that are already yielding results. The final result is a brand and resume that aligns with who I am as a person and resonates with employers.
It’s usually very difficult to impress me, but I cannot recommend Cynthia highly enough. If you are looking for professional quality in a career and resume coach, as well as a great listener who can tailor the experience to your goals, then look no further than Cynthia at Let's Résumé.
